NetWatcher for win2K

Win98 came with an administrative tool called NetWatcher that had a view into all the shared folders on a machine.
Is there a similar utility with win2K?

Any good shareware network management utilities out there that come recommended?

I believe that in Win2k, you right-click on "My Computer" then select
"Manage". Then a window will come up that has an entry that will
display shared folders and connections.
