Netstat - SP 4

I'm trying to install Service Pack 4 and it keeps saying
that Netstat.exe is in use. It doesn't show netstat in
use in the task manager. How can I get netstat out of use?

Did you look in the Processes-tab? If it is not listed there the file
may be used by another process, try
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml to find out
what process.
