NetSky virus

Grandad

My Grandson has the New NetSky virus on his computer. This is confirmed
each time he runs AVG scan. How can he get rid of it. AVG doesn't shift it
and it is updated regularly.
He runs XP Home edition.
Any help appreciated.

Download:
ftp://ftp.europe.f-secure.com/anti-virus/tools/f-netsky.exe
and run it to remove netsky.

After he runs that or any program, he has to turn off the system restore
& then re-check to make sure it's gone, & then turn on system restore.

Grandson is now reading the messages himself and is just trying the
download.
