NetSend GUI

At this page you can get v2 of the software
(http://www.toms-world.org/content/view/14/54/) but you need to pay for
it. Is there a freeware equivalent that someone can recommend? I am
using the freeware version 1.1 but was hoping there is an updated
version with more features that is totally freeware.
