I tried running Netscape 7.1 after I upgraded to win XP,
nothing happens when I double c lick on Netscape icon.
Can anyone tell what my problem is?

I have cable connection.

Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated...

Thanking you advance

Try re-installing Netscape.

I re-installed netscape so many different times with
negative results. Any other suggestions or solution?
Thanks

Since you are a Netscape user, you'll probably like Mozilla which is a
successor and newer/better product (with roots from Netscape source code
developed initially by same organisation). Get Mozilla 1.5 (latest) for
free at www.mozilla.org. Mozilla will install fine (unless the
root-cause of your problem is something basic with XP).

If you must use Netscape, then ensure you get a fresh new copy from
Netscape and use that.

And Netscape help is available from any number
of dedicated Netscape users groups, as dedicated
to Netscape as the Microsoft groups are to Microsoft.
Just as a matter of fact.......I have used several
Netscape under XP for a year now, with no
problems.
