Netscape 7.1 won't run

I have just purchased a HPA350N. I downloaded netscape 7.1 3 times and install it. It does install completely but does not run...don"t know what to do beside taking it back and buying something else.. any suggestions??

Ask there. NS 7.1 runs great in XP, and is far more configurable then I.E.
