Netplay Controller on PC

I bought a Logitech Netplay Keyboard/Controller to use on PC for FFXI. But I can't get the PC to register the controller...i have a PSX to USB adapter and it is installed. I'm using Windows XP Pro and have no clue how to manually configure the controller...also it wont let me use the USB keyboard w/ it either.....and its just basically a normal usb keyboard >< can anyone help pls
