Netmon on XP?

Another dumb question from me, but I really would like to install
Network Monitor on my XP box (I've got some programs going out on the
net, and I want to know where they're going). I've looked on the
Microsoft download area, but can't find it for download.
Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Network Monitor is a utility that comes in the SMS Server package and with
Windows Server products (2000 and 2003). Windows XP includes a utility
called Netcap. See 310875 Description of the Network Monitor Capture Utility
