I finally got a new computer with Windows XP (i was using 98 before). I can't find Netmeeting and there doesn't appear to be anywhere to download it? Has Messenger replaced it?
Messenger hasn't "replaced" Netmeeting per say, but there's no icon for Netmeeting by default.
In order to start [and establish a shortcut for] Netmeeting, simply click Start, then Run, type:
"conf" and click OK.
During the initial wizard you will be prompted to add shortcuts, and set it up. Also note that
you will have to call directly from one IP to another as the Netmeeting Directory is no longer
operational.

Netmeeting is already installed. Type conf in the run box.
