netmeeting

I cannot get NetMeeting to send anything. I have a
vibracam camera that seems to be working correctly in that
I can see the video on my desktop and in the netmeeting
window. Since my son has the same camera and is not having
the same trouble i know that there is no incompatiblity
with my system.
I am running XP Professional. I compared all my settings
with my son's and everything is the same as his yet his
netMeeting works and my doesn't.

Press Start button, then "run" and execute the command "conf.exe".
