Netmeeting need help on setup

I have a meeting room with seating of 30, we have two projectors, AV system, teleconferencing setup. However, I would like to setup Netmeeting use along with teleconferencing, but how can I use it with intranet and internet, how to set up the ILS service, what kind of options do I have? Can someone help me.
 
I don't full understand what you are trying to achieve, could you explain it a little more please? :)
 
I think the man wants help in setting it all up for a meeting over the net, sounds more like a telecom problem, is it to be set up on a dedicated phone line?

Sorry for the confusion, let me make it simpler, and forget about the teleconferencing.
I want to set up netmeeting for the conference room, however, when I try to setup, it asks for Directory, I do not want to use Microsoft network or Hotmail, can I do it through my own domain?
