NetMeeting is Uninstalled - How to re-install?

I had NetMeeting v2.1 installed for compatibility with my
company systems - now they've upgraded to v3.0. After
uninstalling 2.1 from my XP Home OS, I now have nothing.
Running conf.exe does nothing (file not found). How do I
re-install the XP version of NetMeeting?? I cannot find it
as a component on my XP CD.
