Netmeeting can make, but not receive calls

I've got about 8 computers, all Windows XP that use Netmeeting to make voice
calls between offices. They log onto a Win2k ILS server for directory
assistance.

All clients used to be able to make and receive calls, and now I have 1
XPSP1 machine that cannot receive calls. The computer never registers that a
call is coming in. There is no firewall, do-not-disturb is not enabled, and
no one else is having this problem. Any ideas? I've been over the settings,
and the audio tuning wizard, but it looks normal, and indeed outgoing calls
are fine. The sound device is a logitech USB headset.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Rick.

This is a work in progress, so I thought I'd post some more info.

It turns out, that the client does see the call, but it takes 30 seconds,
exactly, for Netmeeting to display the incoming call. I've made calls to
this computer from several other clients, and in each case, 30 seconds. This
client in question, can call out and it is immediate. Again, this is the
only computer experiencing this behavior.

How about THEM apples.
