NetLogon Error - 5781

I did a restore of my system from tape to different system hardware. I am
testing disaster recovery. After the restore, I restarted my server. Now, I
get a message in my event viewer about netlogon, which is "Dynamic
registration or degregistration of one or more DNS records failed because no
DNS servers are available." The source is "NETLOGON". The Event ID is 5781.
Why is this happening? How do I correct this problem? Thank You
