Netlog has gone bad.....and others...

I am sufferingin a NETLOGON erro on one of my 2 citrix
boxes (error code 5737)

I am also recieving service control managers errors:
7023
7009
7000
7001
7024
7031

Perflib:
2003

Also landing a userenv error 5737.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
