Open up Internet Explorer and typ in 192.168.0.1 into the address bar
at the top the press enter.
You will be asked for a username and password - unless you have
changed these in the past the username is "admin" and the password is
"password" - both have to be in lower case.
You will see a load of links on the right hand side of your screen -
select the link "Block services".
Check the radio box 'per schedule' - this means you are going to block
the internet according to a timetable.
Click the 'Add' button.

EITHER
In the boxes for starting port and ending port type the number 80 -
this is the number for usual internet access. Call this link
'internet' in the service type box and click add.

OR
If you know what games your son is playing you might be able to select
them in the drop down box 'service type'. Then click add.

The last step is to tell the router the access to the internet should
be blocked. Click 'Schedule' on the right hand side. This should be
self explanatory - you can select the days and times you want the
services blocked.

(You might want to look at the email tab on the right hand side too -
you can be emailed if access is _attempted_)

If you son is quite techno-savvy you might also want to change the
username(admin) and password(password) to something else using the set
password link - again on the right hand side.

Hope this helps some.
