Windows XP netdiag results - can anyone decipher

Hi Guys,

I am having weird DNS related errors pop up all over my event log on two newly configured DC's destined to control a brand new network - Im afraid I dont understand whats wrong at all - the gateway IS reachable from client PCs and I dont understand the bits I've highlighted- can anyone decipher this output please ? -
