Thanks I was able tyo fin the uitlity. When I got on the
machine this mornign I was ble to ping everything but I
rebooted and got erors again. I ran netdiag and here is
the results

Any thoughts I how to proceed?
 
Two things I noticed.

One is that you have the DNS IP of an outside DNS server configured on your NIC. This will
cause some of the errors you see in the netdiag report. Remove the external IP DNS from the
NIC. You don't need it.

Second, if you cut and pasted the netdiag results, then I see some corruption.

What you will want to do is to copy the Winsock and Winsock2 registry keys from another
server and import them into this server. Remember to delete the ones on this server before
importing the ones from another server. Run netdiag or ipconfig /all on the other server first to
be sure it does not have a corrupt Winsock key.
