NETCF Version Issue

Hi

I develop with VS2005 and when try to deply my application to my HT Touch
Pro2 I get error message that a later version of NETCF is installed on the
device and the deployment fails.

What should I do and how can I unistall the NETCF from the device

Hello,

the preinstalled .NET CF cannot be deinstalled from the device and I
doubt that you can install some older version over it.

If you manually install your app it should run, but you can't debug then.

I have the same issue with VS2003 and newer PDAs/Smartphones and some
idiot even designed the message which gets displayed on the PDA side so
that it fills the whole screen but the windows only stays open for about
2 seconds. Nobody can read that fast! Seems nobody tested this or wasted
much thoughts about that message... .-(
