I just finished trying out the free browser NetCaptor.
I did not like it because 90% of pictures were replaced with the square
containing a circle, square and triangle.
I removed the program using the Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
After rebooting, the square containing the circle, square, & triangle
remain.
Is there any way to correct this and get back to normal?

Netcaptor gives you the ability to turn the loading of off to increase
speed. When you were using Netcaptor you accidently disabled the loading
of graphics. Internet Explorer's settings were changed as well (since
Netcaptor uses Internet Explorers browsing engine).
In Internet Explorer
Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced
Then scroll down and check "Show Pictures"
