Hi I am running windows 2000 Server SP4.
Is there a way to stop/turn off windows from broadcasting Netbios port 135?
Thanks.

Those broadcasts exist for a reason,...so it depends on your situation and
what you want to accomplish to determine where you can or should do it to
begin with. Those broadcasts are not "bad" just because they exist.

Generally you would just simply unbind (uncheck the checkbox) for Microsoft
Networking and File & Print Sharing in the Network configuration of the Nic.

Port 135 is RPC. Disabling this does have some major repercussions. As an
example just check the dependancies of RPC.
Not advisable on 135.
