NetBEUI - Lana configuration tool

Hi.
I've got a problem with a NetBEUI application and I need
to be able to either get, or set the lana number manually.

I'm told there is a lana configuration tool called
lanacfg.exe available from microsoft, but I can't find it.

I did find one from Paradyne but it doesn't reveal the
lana number, nor can you set it with their utility.

Can anyone tell me where I can find this tool?
