Net working problem between win2k and winxp

I have two pc connected with hub. One has operating System
WinXP Proffesional and second has Windows2000Proffessional.
Second system which has Win2k can access First system
easily. But when I am trying to acces win2k's system from
winxp's system, I am getting error message "THE SEMAPHORE
TIME OUT PERIOD HAS BEEN EXPIRED".

PLEASE HELP ME

This does not sound as if it has anything to do with Microsoft AntiSpyware,
which is the topic of this private group: it sounds as if you should re-post
in a public networking group.

In any case, please define more carefully what you mean by "access".
