I've got two Windows Server 2003 machines.
Both are member servers of the same domain.
Both are in the same OU in Active Directory
Both inherit the same group policy.
Apart from different IP addresses, they have the same network configuration.
However, on the (problematic) machine, if i try to connect to a share or
view shares it fails with "System error 53 has occurred. The network
path was not found".
This works find on the other machine.
From the problematic machine, i can ping the machine that is hosting
the share ok.
I'd appreciate any suggestions as to what might be causing this
difference between the two boxes.
Thanks,
-david
