Hello, ever since I joined my XP workstations to Win2K Active Directory I can't
no longer print to a DOS port by using the Net Use command.
I am basically sharing my IP Printer to myself and I am using the Net Use
command.
Once I enter the Net Use command I get prompted for a user name and
password for local account. I allowed for everyone to use my local printer,
but still won't accept the username and password. I can print fine
if I print striagt to the IP printer but I need to print from a DOS program.
Please help I need this fix as soon as
possible. Also , I get a similar outcome if I share the IP printer off the
Domain Controller, but it still prompts me for username and password , but
I am
already authenticated to the Domain- what is going on ? - Firenet
