What is the limit on the number of Net Shares that are
allowed on Windows 2000 Professional? Thanks for any help.

AFAIK you can have as many shares as you want. You can only have 10
concurrent connections to Win 2k Pro.

I found part of my answer, but was wondering if Windows
2000 Pro is the same.

"The maximum number allowed varies. For a server, it's the
maximum number of users for which you've purchased Windows
NT licenses. For an NT workstation there's a built-in
limit of 10 simultaneous users for a shared resource."

All Microsoft Operating systems other than the "Server" version have the 10
concurrent connection limit.
