net send stops working

Hi All,

I know this is a very open ended question, without a lot more detail, but
I'm hoping someone knows where I can find further reading.

The guys and girls in my office use "net send" as a handy IM tool,
however net send seems to simply stop working for some users.

I'd like to degug a little further, can someone tell me where I can find
more info on how the tool works.
