Net send not working!!

Hi all

I have 2 PC network on Windows XP. Both PCs have Windows
XP running.

Now when ever i try to send any msg trough net send pcname
command it never goes and instead error comes

An error occurred while sending a message to ZAFARU01.
The message alias could not be found on the network.

The PC name is correct. PC is online too. But it never
goes. I have tried Putting IP addresses instead of PC
name.. but that doesn't work either.. Both PC have Same
Workgroup too

Some body tell me reasonable answer

Turn off all firewalls while you are testing.
Also check that messenger service is running on the computers.

Hey..... Ofcourse Messenger Service is running & also
There is no firewall installed.. and builtin firewall of
WinXP is not checked(disabled).

Yesterday I tried to Run Win2k Prof. on One of the PC then
Netsend starts working.... It seems to me problem with
both PCs having WinXP.. Or WinXP doesn't have good net
working support?? I've asked this questions on many forums
but no one could give me proper answer.. So i expected to
get my answer from here
