Net meeting and XP Home Edition

I downloaded Netmeeting 3 to install with my XP Home edition version of
Windows
Version 5.1.2600 service Pack 2.0

Upon installation I get the following error message:

"This version of NetMeeting cannot be installed on this version of Windows"

Is there a version of netmeeting or what version of XP home edition must I
have to utilize netmeeting?

NetMeeting is already installed on your computer. Go to
Start -> Run and enter conf.exe in the Open box. Click OK.
