Net Meeting 3.01

Have Windows 2000 SP3 with default installation of
Microsoft Netmeeting 2.1. Unable to upgrade version of
netmeeting from 2.1 to ver 3.01. Error message
displayed "This version of netmeeting cannot be installed
in this version of OS"
 
It says on the download page, "Windows NetMeeting 3.01 Windows NetMeeting for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, and Windows NT
4.0. Includes Service Pack 2."
