First of all - not sure the .Net framework will resolve a
speaker problem! This is a Framework forum so I am
presuming this is the program you are referring to.
However, lots of ways you could do this. The first step
is to download the Framework from Microsoft

034d1e7cf3a3&displaylang=en). If you have some method of
copying this across to your old machine (network cable,
patch cable, usb key, r/w cdrom etc) do so and then just
install it.
If this is not possible you have 2 other possible
solutions, depending on your technical ability.
1. Remove the hard drive from the old machine, install
into new machine as a slave and make original a master.
copy Framework across. Remove, reset jumpers and install
back into old machine, boot up old machine, install
Framework.
or
2. Install modem from new machine into old machine,
download Framework and install.
