.net fram work problem ??

You can run windows update and get the 1.1 Framework that way. Once
installed, you should be ok.

hi

i have a problem related to the .netframework i am using the MSKLC (
microsoft keyboard layout creater ) to create a custom keyboard layout for
windows xp . MSKLC requires .NetFramework to be installed i installed it but
when i run it gives me the error

C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be
loaded

?? whats that when i checked in the path
C:\windows\microsoft.net\framwork\

i found the following folder instead of the one mentioned in the error

v1.0.3705

the name indicates that i am using the older version i dont know but when i
instla the MSKLC it does'nt installs until i install the .netframework but
when i isntal it then the setup runs and finishes successfully but i cant
open the MSKLC please help help ??
