Net Folders with Outlook 2002 (XP)

I setup a Net Folder to share contacts on Outlook 2000. I
just learned that Microsoft discontinued Net Folders in
Outlook 2002 (XP). How can I share these Net folders with
clients on Outlook 2002? I am running Exchange Server 5.5.
Is there anyway to share contacts with all the clients on
the Exchnage Server.

Yes, create an Exchange Mailbox and connect to it.

I know how to add a mailbox and connect to it but how does
that relate to my question? Please excuse me for being so
dumb.

Ah, I forgot to add; Forget about Net Folders; completely switch to Exchange
instead.

Why in the heck are you using netfolders with Exchange server users? Right
click on the folders and choose properties, give the other users permission
to view your contacts then open the contacts using file, open, other users
folders or add them as delegates in tools, options, delegates.
