To the Developers and Support Persons for Crystal Reports:
Buy a large can of common sense. Distribute it to all Tech managers and support
personel. Then test All installation and corrective instructions with the front
desk phone person, chances are that if they can't get through them, nither can
most users. These instructions are a convoluted mess. Download this and
replace that what a bunch of horse_hit. I think I hear MS Reporting Services
calling me to come home now, it's all been a bad dream since Crystal v3.5.
