hello,

does anyone knows why my computer restarts every time when I'm trying to
surf. I scanned with two antivirus programs and they found nothing. I
can download with single programs except surfing.
please help.

Would you please post your procedure for surfing, step-by-step?

Specify your hardware.

Specify your OS environment. [ XP? SP1? SP2?]

~How~ can you download? Please be specific.

By "surf" I assume you mean "browse".

I suppose it's possible that your computer has a hardware problem [like
overheating], but I believe you should scan for malware.

If overheating is your problem, then it's probably due to accumulated
dust inside your computer. It might also be due to a faltering cooling
fan, within your computer.

The most likely problem, if I were to bet money, is malware.

Of course, I know nothing about your hardware/software environment. For
the record, many hardware failures mimic software problems.
