Is there an online manual i can download or is there anyone who has a soft
copy of a manual/book that would be willing to share?

Dependent on your background (VB6, C++, eVC, eVB, non-MSFT environment,
desktop, embedded etc) and dependent on your target (single function UI,
enterprise app, database-driven, network-dependent, using WS etc) different
answers can be given... In other words your question is too generic.

The Yao book had some chapters online, not sure if they still are... MSDN
has a lot of info on the NETCF as you would expect... Google is always your
friend...
