We're in the process of migration to .Net. Apart from code reviews and
implementing coding standards, does anyone have any thoughts for ways of
improving improving the way people code / share code style knowldge.

any help tips really appreciated

Although .NET provides several languages from which you can choose and they
are, by and large equal in what they can accomplish and perform equally. It
may be a wise idea to standardise on a single .NET developement language for
support/training purposes.
