NET BEUI--and networking

Any thoughts on using Net Beui with VISTA?
It has always been a last resort to get a hm newt work to work. And, it has
always pulled through for me. I'm just not sure about vista using it.

Microsoft doesn't recommend NetBEUI anymore.
You don't need it for home networks. See the
article at the URL below.

yea, I guess I already knew that. So why ask huh?
Old things are hard to give up sometimes I guess.
And for what its worth, when ever i have been at the end of my rope trying
to get a LAN up (couple PC's), and nothing is working, load NETBEUI and bam!
their talking.
