I found this to be very helpful when searching for vb.
Google is great,
go to google and type in ( for example )
how do i write to excel using vb.net
and u will not only get a lot of links but then also click on "groups" you
will also get a lot
of newsgroups with a lot of examples
This works for any problem.

google works pretty good.
So when ur looking for a quick example...try that out too.
