.Net 2.0 - System.Net.Httplistener Not Supported on XPe

I am developing an application taking advantage of a new call in .Net
2.0, system.net.httplistener. This call claims to be supported on XP
SP2 and Server 2003 based on this article:

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.net.httplistener.httplistener.aspx

However, when running on XPe SP2 the call returns an exception stating
that "This platform is not supported"

Has anyone else attempted to use this call with different results?

Do you include .Net 2.0 into your XPE sp2 image?

If not, please visit following page and get the new QFE.

I debuged my program on Xp Sp2,it's OK
but when I copy it to my XPE ,it can not use.

You'll need to supply far more information to allow diagnosis of your
