Nesting a Group within a Group

I have three groups - FF, AC and FIR. The members of FF
and AC are different but I want them all to be members of
FIR. Since there are over 50 members total in the two
groups, I would like to add just the two groups into FIR.

My question: Our W2K network is presently mixed mode. Do
I need to convert the netwrok to Native to make this
happen? Right now, I do not see the other groups when I
try to add members to the FIR group - only users.

Yes, group nesting is only available in Native Mode.
