Nero InCD won't run under XP

Can load InCd v4 but it remains "dead", won't recognise
when a CD-WR disk is placed in my DVD/CD rewriter, and
won't do anything with it. Under Win98 InCD works fine.
The PC is a Dell laptop D800 with a Philips DVD+RW
SDVD6004.

Thansk for any help ?

IncD v.5.5 works fine with XP Home.

You need a newer version. Go to www.nero.com for more information

Hi, Jonat!
From what I read on the Nero site, OEM versions of Nero which come
bundled with new PCs cannot be run with a different CD/DVD drive from
the original. You need to buy an upgrade.
