Nero Express

Running Windows Xp SP2 and latest updates. No viruses or spyware. Tried to
burn a disc using Nero Express V. 5.5.99. Hung up towards end. Windows sent
error report. Message was Microsoft had consulted with Nero and problem was
unresolved. Redirected to Nero's homepage and they also said issue was
unresolved. Could only recommend that I download and instal latest update,
which I did. V.5.5.10.56. Still no good. It used to work fine. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem and use Nero Express V.5.5.10.56 with InCd V.4.3.20.1
and have no problems now after I did a firmware update for my CD-DVD RW drive.
I recommend you do the same, use your Nero info tool to id the dive string
and firmware ver # for your drive(s) and post your results.
