Nero 7 Ultra Burning ROM

-- I recently downloaded Nero 7 but receive anderror message when trying to
open the burning ROM. I hae re-einstalled the program with the same results.I
have contacted Nero but as yet they haven't answered.Is this a general
problem?
Any comments would be appreciated.

Did you have Nero 6 installed and then upgraded to Nero 7? Take a
look at below website for more info. It is best to install apps like this
from a CD and not a downloaded file, but.....

Thanks for coming back on this.I bought an on-line download.Then backed it
up to a cd.I believe that it worked ok initially but not really sure.
Yes.I had Nero 6 installed but removed it and downloaded the entire new
version form ebay.
I'm wondering if I should just dump it and buy the disk.I'm just
concerned that when I do that ,I'll still have the same problem.I've
contacted Nero 3 days ago but have received not reply to date.

Use the Nero Cleaning Tool that I mentioned in my original post. Then
get the original CD to do a new install. Many upgrades have problems.

What error message ?

The cleaning tool causes an eror message saying there are parts of the
program which are unsuported by this tool and could cause damage to my
computer.
Any further suggestions that you may have would be welcome.
