Needing to monitor multiple Times Zones

I know there are software apps that can do it, but i was wondering if the
functionality was already within XP to monitor multiple Times and display
them on either the desktop, or the taskbar (perferred)? So at a glance I see
the time zones when composing emails and such.

Hi

Search for "Microsoft Time Zone"
You must have .Net Framework 1.1 installed.
