I have a few questions that I need answers to and would appreciate all the
help I can get. I will only ask one to be fair to others that may want to
also ask questions.
Using Windows, list the steps to print a screen that shows an error message.
 
Error messages in Word can be copied to the clipboard. When the error
message pops up, just select and copy using Ctrl+C. You can then acknowledge
the error message and paste the error text into a Word Processor or Notepad,
etc.

This reads an awful lot like a homework question (and it's not even
specifically about Word). You are responsible for doing your own homework;
try using Windows Help.
