Need video player to Reverse and FF .wmv files

Can anyone recommend a video player utility for .wmv files that has Reverse
and Fast Forward functionality? I'm currently using Windows Media Player 9
to watch some training video .wmv files and occasionally I need to pause and
reverse the video to replay something I didn't understand.
 
I solved this problem by using this nice utility called ASF Seek Maker. The
problem was with the .wmv files not having index information.
