need upgrade from 2000 to the 2002

How do I upgrade my access 2000 off the microsoft office
2000 to the program for 2002 software? I am a student and
have run across this problem 5 chapters into the course
telling me that I need to upgrade. Pleeeeeeeeeeease help.

Do you have teh Office 2002 Upgrade cd> I am assuming that
the 2000 > 2004 is a fee upgrade.
