need two users to view same outlook

this is probably ridiculously simple, but how do i get two users to see the
same Outlook? Right now, each time one user downloads new mail, it only
shows up for that user. The other can't login and view "old" mail.

If you are REALLY using Outlook and not Outlook EXPRESS, then just point
each instance of Outlook to the same pst. Or even simpler, give each user a
separate email address!
