need translator install for exporting - anywhere to download?

hey all - i lost my install disc for XP - can i download the translator that i need to export my contacts anywhere??

I do have my XP install disc, but it will not locate the translator to be able to export. Have you figured out a way to download it? I have tried to reinstall XP, and I still receive the same error "Microsoft Outlook cannot start the required translator".
